Just in time for spring, Dave & Buster’s has rolled out a brand new menu of eclectic offerings like avocado toast topped with Mexican street corn and a build-your-own churro sundae. (Yes, really.)
Dave & Buster’s is letting us share one of their new recipes, and it’s a good one.
Dave & Buster’s Tuscan Chicken Alfredo with Zoodles
Ingredients:
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. of your favorite marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups of zoodles
- 1 ¼ cups of your favorite alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. of basil chiffonade
- 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook on an oiled, hot grill or skillet, until 165 degrees.
- Spread 1 ½ tbsp. of marinara on top of each of the chicken breasts, top with 1 ½ tbsp. of panko breadcrumbs and ½ tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken in the oven under broiler until panko breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- In a warm sauté pan, add alfredo sauce and 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese. Mix well and add zoodles.
- Toss together and heat until hot.
- Place zoodles on plate, top with chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
- Finish with more parmesan.
