Taste This: Dave & Buster’s Tuscan Chicken Alfredo with Zoodles

Just in time for spring, Dave & Buster’s has rolled out a brand new menu of eclectic offerings like avocado toast topped with Mexican street corn and a build-your-own churro sundae. (Yes, really.)

Dave & Buster’s is letting us share one of their new recipes, and it’s a good one. 

Dave & Buster’s Tuscan Chicken Alfredo with Zoodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp. of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp. of panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups of zoodles
  • 1 ¼ cups of your favorite alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. of basil chiffonade
  • 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook on an oiled, hot grill or skillet, until 165 degrees.
  2. Spread 1 ½ tbsp. of marinara on top of each of the chicken breasts, top with 1 ½ tbsp. of panko breadcrumbs and ½ tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Place chicken in the oven under broiler until panko breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  4. In a warm sauté pan, add alfredo sauce and 1 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese. Mix well and add zoodles.
  5. Toss together and heat until hot.
  6. Place zoodles on plate, top with chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
  7. Finish with more parmesan.
