Flying Saucer Bratzel
The Ingredients:
- 1 7.5-oz. pretzel (The pros love Texas Twist Pretzels, but any store-bought soft pretzels will work)
- 1/2 beer bratwurst (your preference)
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese
- 2 oz. spicy mustard
- 1/2 oz. green onions
- pretzel salt or sea salt to taste
- garlic butter to taste (your preference)
The Instructions:
- Brush top of pretzel with your favorite garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of pretzel salt or sea salt.
- Bake in 500-degree oven for one and a half minutes.
- Slice cooked beer bratwurst into 1/4″ pieces.
- Place pretzel on plate, sprinkle with 4 ounces of Swiss cheese and sliced bratwurst.
- Bake in 500-degree oven for one and a half minutes.
- Top with green onions and serve with spicy mustard.

The Ingredients:
- 1 12-oz. can frozen limeade concentrate
- 12 oz. El Mayor Blanco tequila
- 12 oz. San Pellegrino water
- 12 oz. bottle New Belgium Brewing Fat Tire
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- ice cubes
The Instructions:
- Pour limeade, tequila, water and beer into a large pitcher.
- Stir until limeade has melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add plenty of ice and garnish with lime wedges.
- If desired, add more water.
Party Patriot from Colonial
The Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. blended Scotch (The pros prefer Famous Grousse)
- 1/2 oz. moonshine (The pros recommend Rock Town Lightning 110 proof)
- 3 oz. cherry soda, such as Dr. Pepper
- 2 dashes bitters
- lemon slice for garnish
The Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Scotch, moonshine, cherry soda and bitters.
- Shake mixture and strain into a chilled collins glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
