Sip This: Pomegranate Mule Recipe

Let’s see, we’ve got an ongoing pandemic, the onset of winter and the holidays. Yes, it’s definitely time for a cozy cocktail. That’s where our friends at Colonial Wines & Spirits come in clutch with a seasonal favorite you can make at home: the pomegranate mule.

Pomegranate Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Breckenridge vodka
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • crushed ice
  • ginger beer
  • sprig of rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions:

In a cocktail glass, stir together vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice and honey. Once all ingredients are incorporated, pour over crushed ice. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
