For better or for better, the weather has finally changed, and that means we’re in the market for a seasonal cocktail that will warm us up from the inside out.
The good news is that the brilliant Boulevard Bread Company bartender Summer Blake recently crafted such a cocktail for our retail friends Domestic Domestic. The amazing news is that we now get to share it with you.
Their suggestion? Serve with crackling fireplace and fuzzy slippers.
Autumn St. Cinn
The Ingredients:
- 6 apple and/or pear wedges
- 2 oz Calvados (apple brandy)
- .5 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
The Instructions:
Muddle six small wedges of apples and/or pears in shaker
Add ice and all other ingredients
Shake
Strain twice
Garnish with a fan of apple or pear slices
Dust with cinnamon
