The Ingredients:
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup finely diced peaches (fresh or canned in 100% juice and drained)
