- 2 peeled & frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 or 2 tbps. local honey (to taste)

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented

The Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 tbs. of roasted flax seeds (they must be roasted for this recipe)
- 4-5 drops of vanilla stevia
