Veggie 101!
Join chefs Marie and Butterfly of Solfood Catering for a crash course in vegetarian cuisine this Friday at Eggshell’s Kitchen Co., 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd. There are only a few spots left and reservations are required. Registration is $50 per person.
On the menu: Spicy vegetarian chorizo tacos, nacho cheese sauce and mango salsa.
The class begins at 6 p.m. and we’re told a glass of wine or beer will be offered at check-in. We may have buried the lead.
