Part of the biennial Tabriz celebration, the Saturday night exclusive black-tie Gala of Tabriz was held at the Arkansas Arts Center. Guests enjoyed a decadent seated four-course dinner paired with fine wines and spirits, entertainment by Michael Rice, Will Trice and Kathryn Pryor and silent and live auctions featuring fabulous art, jewelry and other high-quality items and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. Del Boyette served as the event’s chair, with Millie Ward and Sara Batcheller as co-chairs. Presenting sponsors for the evening included Harriet and Warren Stephens and Dillard’s. More than 300 guests attended the sold-out event, which raised around $800,000 for the AAC.
