Table 28 is hosting a new monthly wine tasting series, complete with pairings, continuing on Feb. 24.
Each Wine + Pairings Tasting Class is set to take place from 6-8 p.m. on the last Thursday of each month running through October. The first class was held in January with a focus on sparkling wines.
The sessions will be led by Jeff Yant, a seasoned sommelier with decades of experience, including in the local restaurant scene, who will offer an interactive experience for guests. Accompanying the wines will be bites prepared by Table 28’s award-winning executive chef Scott Rains.
