Race for the Cure Registration Now Open

Support the fight against breast cancer and sign up for this year’s Race for the Cure. Registration is now officially open. 

The annual race is set for 8 a.m. Oct. 4 in downtown Little Rock.

Teams may register online at komenarkansas.org or mail the entry to 904 Autumn Road, Suite 500. The mail-in entry deadline is Sep. 3 while the deadline to register online is Sep. 21.

Individuals can also register in person the morning of the race at a pink tent located at 4th and Arch Streets.

Below is a list of race options that interested runners can participate in.

  • Runners/Walkers

        -Competitive Run: $35 offline, $36 online

        -5k Run/Walk: $25 offline, $26 online

        -Family 2k Fun Walk/Run: $25 offline, $26 online

Each participant receives a race t-shirt and bib. Each competitive runner also receives
a timing chip. Survivors also receive a complimentary pink cap and pink survivor t-shirt.
On race day, registration for runners/walkers will increase $5.

  • “Three Miles of Men”: $25 offline, $26 online

Men show your support for the Race by lining the race course and cheering the race
participants on. Each participant will receive a Three Miles of Men t-shirt and an
invitation to the 3MOM tailgate party, Thursday, Sep. 25 at Diamond Bear
Brewing Company in North Little Rock. Men may also register at the 3MOM tailgate
party.

  • “Sleep in for the Cure”: $25 offline, $26 online

This option allows a supporter to participate without being present on Race day. Each participant receives a race t-shirt and bib.

  • “Kids for the Cure”: $25 offline, $26 online

Kids ages 5-12 receive a special t-shirt. Available in youth sizes small, medium and
large on a first come, first served basis.

Children under the age of five can participate for free. 

Of the net proceeds raised from the Arkansas Race, 25% goes to national breast cancer research and 75% stays in Arkansas to help organizations provide breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs.
