South on Main, 1304 S. Main St., hosts a free concert at 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday that showcases local talent from across Arkansas.
Tonight’s show features the folk quartet Posey Hill. Originally from tiny Donaldson, Ark., the members of Posey Hill include Doug Burnett (guitar and vocals), his two oldest daughters Erin Wisniewski (lead vocals) and Kristian Aronowitz (bass and vocals), and Paul DeWeber (fiddle).
Posey Hill describes themselves as an Americana mix of bluegrass, old-time and contemporary acoustic music. The quartet features enchanting vocals with tight family harmony and tasteful instrumentation, performing songs for people of all ages to enjoy.
The band plays both original songs and the standards.
