Antique aficionados, take note! It’s time to mark your calendars for the upcoming South Main Vintage Market season.
The popular pop-up market will return to The Bernice Garden at 1401 S. Main St., kicking off on Saturday, April 9, and recurring every second Saturday through October (except for the month of Augusts, because August in Arkansas is a big no).
So what will you find in this market? Well, there’s a little bit of everything, but items fall into one of three categories: vintage (20 years old or more), antique (50 years old or more) or recycled/upcycled pieces. The market also encourages pieces to be high-quality, obscure, eccentric, fun and clean.
Past gatherings have included everything from furniture and knickknacks to kitchenware and clothing, and even a few food trucks to keep you in it for the long haul. We’ve got our fingers crossed for that one.
The SoMa event will take place from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
