On Thursday, May 8, the seventh annual Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium took place at the Statehouse Convention Center with more than 500 women in attendance from across the state.
Along with a robust lineup of local leaders and experts heading up breakout sessions and intensive workshops, the day’s agenda included keynote speakers Michelle Anne Johnson on how “The Secret to Powerful Presence is Personal Power” and Candace Doby discussing “Courage at Work: How to Take More Risks & Own Your Brilliance,” as well as a women’s wellness panel featuring Dr. Diane Wilder of CARTI, Dr. Heather R. Williams of UAMS and Dr. Holly Agud and Julie Nix of Baptist Health.
Special thanks to presenting sponsors Delta Dental of Arkansas and The Hatcher Agency, keynote sponsor Simmons Bank, wellness sponsor Baptist Health and VIP sponsor Design One. We’d also like to thank our entrepreneur track sponsor Woman-Run by Wright Lindsey Jennings, executive track sponsor CARTI and leading ladies track sponsor Stephens. This year’s supporting sponsors were Crow Counseling, Stone Ward and the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas.
