Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium 2024

On May 2, the sixth annual Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium was held at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock with a sold-out crowd of more than 600 attendees from central Arkansas and beyond.

The morning started with an opening keynote session with Dr. Sabrina Starling, founder of Tap the Potential. Starling encouraged attendees to find career success while prioritizing health, self-care and attention to meaningful relationships.

Breakout sessions led by local leaders and C-suite executives were hosted in three tracks: entrepreneur, executive and leading ladies. After diving deep in breakout sessions, attendees gathered for lunch and a women’s wellness panel featuring Dr. Kalena Jones, system director of the newly named Baptist Health Connected Access Network; Dr. Yara Robertson, medical director of surgery at CARTI; and Dr. Jessica Coker, UAMS associate professor and medical director of the Women’s Inpatient Unit at UAMS. Dr. Lee Ann Jolly, founder and owner of Jolly Bodies, moderated the conversation.

Closing out the symposium, award-winning journalist, entrepreneur and host of the weekly syndicated political show “Matter of Fact” Soledad O’Brien addressed the audience before answering questions from Little Rock Soirée Editor Jess Ardrey.

Special thanks to presenting sponsors Delta Dental of Arkansas and The Hatcher Agency, keynote sponsor Simmons Bank and wellness sponsor Baptist Health.
