After recently announcing its 2021 date and keynote speaker Randi Zuckerberg, the Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium just released its full speaker lineup, including a second keynote, social impact leader Janet Stovall.
Stovall is a senior client strategist at NeuroLeadership Institute, a global research firm and cognitive science consultancy, where she helps companies “replace subjectivity with science to evolve diversity, equity and inclusion practices to be more brain-friendly and human.”
Stovall is also a popular speaker and workshop facilitator, and her TED talk challenging business to take inclusion seriously has been viewed nearly 2 million times.
“I am thrilled that this year we are bringing two virtual keynote speakers to the SWLS lineup,” says Mandy Richardson, symposium founder and publisher of Little Rock Soirée magazine. “Janet Stovall is dedicated to putting racial equity at the top of corporations’ to-do lists. She is a dynamic speaker who I was first inspired by after hearing her 2018 TED talk. I have no doubt she will bring a fresh perspective and inspire action in attendees.”

The half-day symposium will take place on Thursday, April 29, and will be split between an in-person event at the DoubleTree Hotel and Robinson Center in downtown Little Rock and a fully interactive virtual option.
