The Southern Food & Beverage Museum, a division of the SoFAB Institute of New Orleans, hosted a culinary event at the Capital Hotel to raise funds for Arkansas’ part of the exhibit, “The Gallery of the South: States of Taste.” The evening featured food and wine pairings of Arkansas fare with Presqu’ile wines.
