Session Details Announced for Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium 2020

The second annual Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium is just a few months away and there are some big details to share. Set for Thursday, April 30, at the DoubleTree Hotel, the event focusing on professional development and women in the workplace has released information on the sessions that will fill out the day’s curriculum. 

“The ultimate goal of the Women’s Leadership Symposium is to create leadership programming, professional development resources and networks to help propel the businesswomen of Arkansas to higher levels of success,” Little Rock Soirée magazine publisher Mandy Richardson said.

While keynote speakers and some session leaders have yet to be announced, here’s what we know so far:

General Session: Navigating the Boardroom & Beyond

Kick off the day with an exciting opportunity to be in the room with multiple female C-level executives who will discuss how they made it to the top, work-life balance, giving and receiving feedback and more. 

 

Think Like an Owner/Act Like an Entrepreneur

Speaker: Kim Lane

Be inspired to spin your entrepreneurial dreams into reality during this upbeat, motivating session led by Kim Lane, Career Connections Consultant for Facebook and entrepreneurial enthusiast. You will leave this session inspired and aware of ways to reduce barriers to entry for entrepreneurs, makers and innovators. 

 

Know Your Worth: How to be More Confident in Life and Business

Speaker: Christina Lecuyer

Confidence and mindset coach Christina Lecuyer will help you live your most confident, purposeful and abundant life.
