After hundreds of nominations and thousands of votes in our 2019 Cutest Dog Contest, Little Rock Soirée readers have officially crowned the most adorable pup in the metro:
Louka!
His tropical bandana and undeniably cute whiskers captured the hearts of voters near and far, and now this flower-hopping pup will take home a paw-some prize package and a print feature in our September issue.

And while Louka ultimately received the doggy crown, we’re also sending major love to our runner-up pups…
