If you love Little Rock and you want to see our city more eco-friendly, further developed and brought back to our historical roots, then we have the newest addition to your calendar.
Pop Up in the Rock, an organization focused on enhancing local areas with potential, will host its coordinating event on Oct. 24, and we could not be any more ready. This year, the event will focus on Ninth St. between State and Broadway, and will also highlight the historical significance of the area.
The goal of this years’ Pop Up in the Rock is to inspire permanent change with more pedestrian and bicycle traffic by filling the street with this community-oriented event for a weekend. There will be shopping, food trucks and entertainment, but we can promise you seeing the possibilities of how we can enhance historical Ninth St. is by far the best part.
