This just might be the most zen festival Little Rock’s ever seen.
The inaugural Little Rock Yoga Festival is set for Sunday, Oct. 10, at Wildwood Park for the Arts. Billed as a day dedicated to “uniting in a Natural State,” this fest will bring together local yogis from all varieties of practice to celebrate surviving the struggles of the past year.
The all-day festival will feature meditation, hiking, music and of course, yoga sessions led by local instructors including Breezy Osborne-Wingfield of Barefoot Studio, Stacey Reynolds of Blue Yoga Nyla, Wesley Pilcher and Kayce Johnson of the Arkansas Yoga Collective and Claire Admire and Sam Harrington of Sixth House Studio.
Attendees will also enjoy food trucks, local vendors and a little zen in nature. BYO mat, props and water bottle.
The flow goes down from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and tickets are available now. Click here to get yours.
