Save the Date for the Executive Leadership Academy

If you’re looking for tangible ways to further your leadership journey, here’s your shot.

Beginning Aug. 23, the 2019 Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy is a five-session program designed to be a growth opportunity for emerging leaders, small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Spanning the course of three months, the academy will meet in the Arkansas State University System Office in Little Rock and is facilitated by Insight Leadership Group of Northwest Arkansas.

The program features sessions on managing conflict, strategic planning, emotional intelligence and creativity and innovation. Also included are an individual strengths assessment and one-on-one leadership coaching, plus an opportunity to learn from some of the state’s most dynamic leaders.

Here’s who’s scheduled to lead the program this fall:

  • Marcy Doderer – President & CEO, Arkansas Children’s Inc.
  • Ed Choate – President & CEO, Delta Dental of Arkansas
  • Ronnie Dedman – President, AT&T Arkansas
  • John W. Allison – Founder & Chairman Home BancShares, Centennial Bank
  • Donnie Smith – former Tyson Foods CEO

“This is a great fit for leaders that don’t have a lot of time,” said Ozark Mission Project Executive Director Bailey Newcomb-Faulkner, a 2018 academy graduate. “The Executive Leadership Academy brings together wonderful facilitators and speakers.”
