Chairman of Eagle Bank and Trust and the Arkansas Bankers Association Cathy Owen was the honoree of this year’s award dinner held at the Clinton Presidential Center. The annual Sandra Wilson Cherry Award event was hosted by The Gaines House, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide a safe and supportive transitional residence for women experiencing homelessness.
