How do you personalize the jewelry buying experience?

Our customers are our friends first. Anytime we are working with someone it’s all about the details and we work closely to create the perfect gift for a loved one. We want to become our customers’ personal jeweler with all the attention to the details before and after the purchase. Our staff is highly trained, professional, and knowledgeable of the latest trends. We happily educate our customers on the products that are on the cusp of the fashion and diamond industry.

What advice do you give jewelry customers?

We want our customer to be comfortable and knowledgeable. We never want the buying experience to be overwhelming or intimidating, and work hard to ensure every experience is comfortable, fun and as memorable as the piece of jewelry you are purchasing to mark an important event. Knowing about the quality and design of the jewelry you are purchasing is key, so ask questions!

What makes something a conversation piece?

Almost every piece of jewelry is a conversation piece. Each piece will have a special meaning or story behind it. Every piece of jewelry is a work of art. The manufacturer usually has a story behind why and how they designed the jewelry piece and knowing the gemstone’s origin is always fascinating. Our vendors are some of the best in the industry and our showroom is full of beautiful, unique pieces that are sure to get people talking.

What makes your partnership special?

We have been working with SOHO for 7 years. They are a multicultural collaboration of two generations of American, Italian, and Russian artists designing for America’s woman. No other line rivals SOHO’s amazing jewelry.

How does the collection stand apart?

Aside from the unique collaboration of artists that design and create SOHO jewelry, SOHO commits to excellence using only 18kt gold, fine diamonds, and their own unique array of multidimensional enamel. The SOHO evolution is one of construction, allowing each individual the palette with which to create one’s own brilliance of presentation. Their design group offers you the ancient art of enamel that has been transformed into bold, yet comfortable, collections featuring unique designs, patterns and finishes.

What is the history of your store?

(As told by Brittany) My grandfather started a jewelry store in Newport back in 1941. He had three sons who all followed his footsteps into the jewelry industry. My father founded Romance Diamond Co. Jewelers in Fayetteville, AR in 1996. We are located on Dickson Street in the heart of Fayetteville. I joined him as a partner in the business in 2003. We wanted to bring elite metropolitan jewelry lines to a smaller market. We have enjoyed getting to know our customers and have created some wonderful relationships with our vendors.
