Rock Town Distillery is celebrating 11 years of crafting local vodka and whiskey with a special, limited edition 11th anniversay whiskey, a VIP masterclass and tour of the distillery at 1201 Main Street.
At 7 p.m. on Oct. 16, Rock Town’s founder and head distiller, Phil Brandon, will welcome guests to the distillery for a guided tour and tasting of four whiskeys, three of which are not yet available for sale. Those whiskeys include: the 11th anniversary cognac cask finished Bourbon, a cask strength peachwood smoked bourbon, a cask strength single malt finished in a sherry cask and a cask strength peated single malt finished in a sherry cask.
In addition to the masterclass and the tour, guests will receive an autographed 750ml bottle of the 11th anniversary bourbon, a T-shirt, nosing glass, pint glass and an 11th anniversary challenge coin, which is good for 15% off all Rock Town purchases in their tasting room during the next 12 months.
Space for the masterclass is extremely limited, and the tickets are available here. As a big thank you to all their fans and supporters, Rock Town will also offer free distillery tours (not VIP level) every hour between 12-5 p.m. and each tour will finish with a tasting of two Rock Town spirits.
“As we approach our 11th year of distilling, we sure have learned a lot by continually honing our craft, trying our hand at new spirits and focusing on keeping our spirits Arkansas made, from grain to glass. Our passion is our spirit.”
Face masks are required for the tour and the tasting is socially distanced in the barrel house. All guests must be at least 21 to attend.
