How do you personalize the jewelry buying experience?
We get to share in many of life’s happiest moments with our clients, thus our tag, “We love the way you love.” We believe it is imperative for our staff to connect with each customer that walks through our door. We listen intently to each customer’s wants and needs in order to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry. We also want to make sure that we are working our hardest to accomplish each customer’s needs and provide them with unrivaled customer service.
What advice do you give jewelry customers?
Jewelry is extremely personal and we want our customers to understand and know what they are buying. We do our best to educate our customers on the pieces that they are considering by telling them about the designer, the particular collection and the details of the metal and stones used in that piece. We want our clients to be as comfortable and confident in their jewelry selection as we are.
What makes something a conversation piece?
The uniqueness of a piece–from the mix of metals and combinations of stones used–makes jewelry an interesting topic of conversation. One of a kind pieces are always conversation pieces, but every piece of jewelry has a different story behind it or reason why it’s being worn. Those are the stories that make each piece of jewelry a conversation piece. We love to find pieces that the customer can wear to a formal event, or even wear casually, that stand out as a special piece of jewelry.

How does the collection stand apart?
Roberto Coin’s creations have an individuality of their own from the color of the stones to the shapes and designs of the pieces. In 1996, Roberto Coin started signing the jewels of the “Appassionata” Collection by setting a small ruby on their inside, in a hidden position, allowing direct skin contact to the gem as rubies have long been associated with good health, happiness and protection. Since then, all Roberto Coin collections have this signature trademark gem as a secret gift of good wishes to every woman lucky enough to enjoy wearing one his exclusive creations.
What is the history of your store?
We have been in the jewelry industry for more than 30 years. In 1990, we opened the Heights store and our move two years ago to Pleasant Ridge Town Center created a totally new business for us. We’ve attracted new customers and have created a new environment with a new focus. We have a wonderful, highly driven sales team and the ultimate desire to be the very best every day!
