Java lovers rejoice. There’s a new coffee shop on the scene.
Downtown Little Rock is adding to its impressive coffee roster with Revival Coffee, an all-new java joint that will be located on the ground floor of the Regions Center at 400 W. Capitol.
According to co-owner Aaron Long, the venture will bring something new to the downtown coffee scene fueled by a passion for coffee formed while traveling the world.
“Revival is all about the craft and science of coffee,” Long says. “Our aim is to help further the knowledge and culture of coffee in the capital city. Frankly, we’re wanting folks to start taking Little Rock just as seriously as they do northwest Arkansas in respect to coffee.”
The menu will include traditional espresso and milk drinks with house-made flavor options, as well as pour-overs and a signature drink menu featuring treats like espresso cocktails. The roasts used will not come from an exclusive source, but from roasters across the globe to which the Revival team is personally connected.
“Our desire is to be a small business that benefits other smalls businesses,” Long says.
The space will have an industrial feel inspired by some of Long’s favorite shops in Detroit and Cleveland in an effort to bring something different to the city.
Revival Coffee is currently planning to open officially on April 15 with a soft opening on April 12 and a grand opening party on April 13. Initial operating hours will be 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday.
