The Humane Society of Pulaski County hosted its 22nd annual Reigning Cats & Dogs fundraiser at Next Level Events. Party-goers enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, drinks, a live and silent auction and entertainment by Top Shelf. Proceeds benefited programs of the HSPC, whose mission is to provide loving care, shelter, food and medical treatment for thousands of animals each year.
