The 19th annual Reigning Cats and Dogs was held at the Clinton Presidential Center to benefit the Humane Society of Pulaski County. Chef Michael Selig and the staff of Forty Two provided drinks and hors d’oeuvres while guests enjoyed music by Paradox.
