Raduno Announces New Fall/Winter Menus

Forget sugarplums. Visions of Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom‘s new fall/winter menus are dancing in our heads. The restaurant’s delectable new menus will officially debut next Tuesday.

Raduno’s chef and kitchen manager Liv Thompson has cooked up new fall/winter menus to please the masses. Thompson not only embraced the season’s fantastic vegetables and flavors, but doubled the restaurant’s pizza offerings from eight to 16 pies that feature both “signature” and “classic” pizzas. One of the favorites is the Apple Pork Belly Pizza. The base is a spiced apple sauce, which is topped with mozzarella cheese, smoked pork belly, caramelized onions and crispy sage leaves.

Raduno’s newest lunch menu now offers 6″ and 12″ pizzas and calzones. There will be a new cobb salad, which will be tossed in a honey dijon vinaigrette dressing. Creamy tomato basil soup will continue to be served with that wonderful kick of heat, as well as adding two soup specials that vary until the weather warms back up again.

When it comes to brunch, Raduno has you covered. Two new menu items are the Brussels and Flyway Brewing Free Range Brown Ale Hash topped with pork belly, as well as an open-faced sweet potato and kale sandwich, both topped with two eggs. Brunches at Raduno have been increasingly busier, mainly because of Thompson’s famous fennel sausage gravy for a delicious take on biscuits and gravy and the lemon ricotta pancakes, both of which are clear favorites at Saturday and Sunday brunch.

Thompson didn’t forget about the kiddos. The new kids menu will have 6” sausage, pepperoni or cheese pizzas; a pasta served with butter or marinara sauce and choice of meatball, shrimp or chicken toppings; and grilled cheese or grilled ham and cheese with choice of Billy Goat Chips, small salad or fruit.
Raduno is open Tues. to Thurs. from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Fri. and Sat. from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. To make a reservation today, you go online at radunolr.com or call (501) 374-7476. Your tastebuds will thank you.
