The 2017 Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner for the Pulaski County Medical Society & Medical Exchange was held at the Capital Hotel. Dr. Kent Westbrook was presented the 2017 President’s Award for a Lifetime of Outstanding Contributions to Medicine. Governor Asa Hutchinson was the guest speaker.
