A  native of Little Rock, Arkansas, I recognized my passion for community outreach at an early age. My parents demonstrated the power of giving back by helping others through random acts of kindness, and my passion for giving back is genuine and driven by love. I founded Team Up World, a consulting agency and charity event company that supports nonprofits nationwide. Team Up World has become a strong powerhouse for furthering its philanthropic causes and its list of accomplishments is endless. Team Up World created the fashion show ALS in Wonderland.

Why do you love your career?
My life is full of purpose and passion. I decided at a young age that I would create my own destiny; the only thing that truly fulfills me is giving back and helping others. I cannot imagine living any other way.

What’s a fun fact about you that would surprise people?
In 2005, I started selling luxury real estate to professional athletes and their families nationwide. For each transaction, we donate a percentage of the sale to the player’s favorite charity. It’s been such a fun way to bring together my charitable and professional endeavors.

How do you define success?  
For me, it’s a life lived in love. I don’t mean a life where you are loved or love another, but rather a life where love of life, passion, calmness and curiosity fills you.

What has been the greatest moment in your career?
Moving home to Little Rock during the winter of 2011 from Newport Beach, California, and creating a sustainable platform for ALS patients. The ALS In Wonderland Foundation was created to assist with the daily needs of ALS patients.

What is your best personality trait?
Kindness – it doesn’t cost us anything.
