Sarah Bailey began her real estate career in 2003 as an agent and became a managing broker of the RPM Group office in Bryant as it launched in 2006. Now as founder, owner and principal broker of Pixel Properties with her partner Ray Ellen, she is helping agents market themselves and listings in innovative ways.

“We are building a real estate brokerage that behaves more like a media company by developing content and media while distributing it using data and analytics on the backend,” Sarah says.

Sarah enjoys helping agents fine tune their “craft” as agents, mastering the contracts, information and systems that create a smooth buying and selling process for her clients and agents. While Sarah has regularly appeared among the top agents in sales volume by taking great care of her clients, she is also focused on helping other agents to achieve their goals and become top agents.
