Though born in Arkansas, Susan lived most of her life in Dallas before relocating to Little Rock in 2006 where she quickly fell in love with Little Rock and enthusiastically jumped into real estate, gaining extensive experience and quickly becoming a top-selling Realtor.

In 2014, Susan opened Desselle Real Estate, a full-service boutique agency with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to meeting every real estate need with expertise, professionalism and creativity.

Susan is recognized annually as a top-selling agent by the Little Rock Realtors® Association, and as a top-ranked individual agent by Arkansas Business. The last six years, she has been named a Best Realtor by readers of Soirée magazine and most recently was honored as one of Soirée’s Women To Watch (2015).

Susan is married to her husband of 29 years, Michael, with whom she has two fantastic children, both now grown. She devotes her free time to volunteering for her two beloved causes, Easter Seals of Arkansas and the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation where, in 2015, she was named Woman of the Year.
