Tim Cullen handles a wide range of civil litigation, but his niche is appellate work. Cullen has authored hundreds of briefs to the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (and a handful of certiorari petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court). He routinely works with trial lawyers and their clients when their cases reach the appeal phase.
