Probate and Estate Planning

Born and raised in Benton, Arkansas, Chad Taylor has remained in central Arkansas ever since. He loves doing everything he can to help his clients navigate the tough times in their lives. Taylor’s philosophy is not only to focus on his client’s legal issues but also on what is troubling them or motivating them emotionally, following his grandpa’s advice to “just do the next right thing.” Taylor practices primarily in the areas of probate and estate planning at WH Law and has previously worked for a Circuit Court probate judge. He uses that knowledge and experience to help guide his clients to the best solution possible. Taylor does not take well to failure, which drives him to always work his hardest in all of his cases, and he has recently been nominated as a 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Outside of the courtroom, you can usually find Taylor hunting, fishing, playing golf or relaxing with his wife and two dogs.
