Lyndsey D. Dilks practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law. She served as a professional law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2007 and entered private practice in 2008. She opened her own firm in 2013. Her practice includes personal and commercial bankruptcy filings; complicated bankruptcy matters; student loan discharge; mortgage litigation; and debt negotiation. While maintaining an extremely active practice, she is also very involved in her legal community. Dilks formed and continues to chair the ATLA Bankruptcy Division. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Assoc., having served the Debtor-Creditor Section as chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary. She is past president of the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar. Dilks currently serves on the Paralegal Advisory Committee for UofA Pulaski Tech. She is a member of numerous local, state and national legal organizations and finds time to provide pro bono services through her participation in Vocals. She has published various written works, planned, and given many CLE programs and presented to numerous organizations about bankruptcy law matters. She is a member of First Lutheran Church in Hot Springs. Dilks serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer of the Hot Springs Sister City Foundation, which will soon celebrate 30 years as a sister city to Hanamaki, Japan. When she’s not working, Dilks enjoys being on the lake, golfing, traveling, and trying to keep her outdoor plants alive. She also tends to the 122-year-old house that Dilks Law Firm now calls home at 1008 Cumberland St. in Little Rock.
