Paul A. Young is a family law litigator experienced in a wide variety of divorce and related matters, such as complex child custody, child relocation, child support, paternity, modification of custody, property division, spousal support and enforcement. Few situations are more life-changing than a divorce or other family law matters, Young strategically counsels clients to protect what matters to them most and unrelentingly pursues his clients’ goals. Clients count on him to outhustle adversaries and create a proactive game plan to maintain control of cases involving custody, complex property division issues, asset tracing and pre- or post-marital agreements.

Young has been able to incorporate his love of aviation into his practice of law, with aviation giving him the ability to represent clients throughout the state of Arkansas.

He all but grew up in his father Virgil W. Young’s law firm, whom he practices alongside as his law partner at Hale & Young P.L.L.C.
