For over 45 years, Don Eilbott has represented clients in real estate and civil litigation. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, with B.S. and J.D. degrees and is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. His practice has taken him to trials in over 65 counties, ranging from capital murder to insurance litigation. Eilbott and wife, Mari, have two daughters, Lee Eilbott, a CPA, and Jo Ann Moss, a graphic artist. Both daughters and new grandson, Brooks Moss, live in Memphis. To relax, he enjoys fishing at his cabin on the Little Red River with his wife and their dogs.
