Carter Stein wears many hats. He is Emily’s husband; father to Bowman (13) and Charlie (11); managing partner at McMath Woods P.A.; president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association; Junior Deputy Baseball Board vice president; manager of the Little Rock Dodgers, a Little League baseball organization; and last year, finished his term as executive director of Grace Lutheran Church.
“My dad, Charles Stein, preached time management to me and my four siblings,” said Stein. “Without time management, there is no way I could manage my day-to-day activities.”
Nearly every morning of Stein’s work week is dedicated to his injury and wrongful death clients and their cases.
“I do my best to follow the mission statement of Jerry Maguire, the fictional sports agent from the movie of the same name, of fewer clients and more personal attention,” says Stein. “It is a tremendous responsibility to represent catastrophically injured Arkansans and families who have lost a loved one. I put my heart and soul into representing them.”
Stein proudly wears the hat of an Arkansas trial lawyer.
