COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Patrick Spivey represents clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including financing agreements, commercial real estate deals, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance and business matters.

Spivey’s clients include parties in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as commercial landlords and corporate tenants in connection with leases and related matters. In addition, he provides advice and representation to lenders and commercial borrowers in loan transactions, including acquisition and construction financing and other asset-based lending.

Spivey also handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, real estate disputes, debt restructurings and secured creditor lawsuits.
