Hall is often considered the lawyer’s lawyer because he’s the author of three books and numerous articles on trial practice, criminal defense ethics and search and seizure law. The fourth edition of his “Trial Handbook for Arkansas Lawyers” was published in 2018. He is a nationally known expert in Fourth Amendment law. The author of “Search and Seizure” by Lexis Law Publishing is in its fifth edition, and his search and seizure blog, FourthAmendment.com, has published current developments daily for nearly 18 years. Hall is recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Criminal Defense and White Collar Criminal Defense, Lawyer of the Year in 2018 and 2020 and by SuperLawyers.
