DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For over a decade, Lucas Rowan has been in private practice, litigating and mediating lawsuits. Rowan has been recognized multiple times as one of the state’s top mediators. He has taught CLE courses on the subject to other attorneys and has been a guest speaker at the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law mediation clinic.

Since the pandemic slowed access to the courthouse, mediation has proven to be an efficient avenue to help people resolve their disputes. Rowan was able to transition seamlessly between in-person and virtual mediation sessions, as he was already doing so to facilitate dispute resolutions for clients across the country.

In addition to mediation, Rowan still maintains a diverse litigation practice that includes civil litigation, an extensive family law practice and personal injury cases. Recently, Rowan has been representing Gulfside Casino Partnership in the unique litigation and administrative process to successfully obtain a casino license.

In his time outside of the office and courtroom, Rowan enjoys watching and coaching his daughters in volleyball and basketball.
