Don A. Eilbott has been representing clients throughout Arkansas for more than 40 years in cases of real estate and civil litigation. Eilbott is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned his B.S.B.A. and J.D. During college, Eilbott was an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honorary business society.

After graduation in 1974, he began a law practice that has taken him to trials in more than 65 counties in Arkansas, ranging from capital murder to insurance litigation. He has built a respected firm successfully fighting cases for businesses and individuals. He is admitted to practice in both Arkansas and Tennessee.
Eilbott and his wife Mari live in Little Rock and have two daughters, Lee Elizabeth Eilbott of Memphis, a certified public accountant, and Jo Ann Moss, also of Memphis, a design director. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and relaxing along the banks of the Little Red River with his wife and their dogs.
