Lyndsey D. Dilks practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor laws. She served as a professional law clerk to Honorable Audrey R. Evans in 2007. She entered private practice in 2008 and knew she had found her calling assisting debtors and fighting for consumer rights.

Opening her own firm in 2013, her practice includes Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 work. Dilks also takes on complicated bankruptcy matters including Chapter 11 unsecured creditor committee representation, student loan discharge mortgage litigation issues, all while maintaining an extremely active practice.
In 2009, Dilks formed and continues to chair the ATLA Bankruptcy Division, Arkansas’ first debtors’ attorneys-only bar organization. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and has served the Debtor-Creditor Section as chairman, vice-chairman and secretary. She is the immediate past president of the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar. Dilks is a member of numerous local, state and national legal organizations and finds time to provide pro bono services through her participation in Vocals. She has published various written works, planned many CLE programs and presented to numerous organizations about bankruptcy law matters.
When she’s not working, Dilks enjoys being on the lake, golfing, riding her bike, running and playing with her dachshund Phoebe Rose. Additionally, Dilks spends time tending to the 118-year-old house that Dilks Law Firm now calls home at 1008 Cumberland St. in Little Rock.
