Allison Gladden practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, business transactions and business litigation. She has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, in litigation and transactions both inside and outside of bankruptcy. Well-versed in limited liability company law, Gladden advises clients on a broad scope of matters, particularly the treatment of LLCs in bankruptcy and secured transactions. Alongside her practice, she serves as Williams & Anderson’s IT manager, and her considerable knowledge of information systems has proven valuable to the firm and its clients.

After graduating early from Rhodes College, Gladden served as a program director and certified official for the United States Tennis Association in Arkansas. She went on to graduate with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, despite her insistence on handwriting her exams. In the decade since, Gladden says she has had the privilege to build her practice alongside some of the finest lawyers in Arkansas.

Gladden lives in Maumelle with her husband Adam, their son Bob, a geriatric cat and a majestic corgi.
