Jennifer has devoted most of her legal career to the field of education law. Prior to entering private practice, Jennifer served as a staff attorney for the Arkansas Department of Education, where she advised agency officials, educators, and administrators on Arkansas education law and policy. Jennifer also worked as an education policy advisor for former Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, where she had the opportunity to help shape education policies for children throughout Arkansas.

Now in private practice, Jennifer represents and advocates for school districts, administrators, teachers, parents, and students across the state. Jennifer is also an educator herself, teaching Education Law to law students at her alma mater, the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Jennifer also created and authors the Arkansas Education Law Blog (ArkansasEducationLaw.com).
Jennifer’s passion for improving the quality of education in Arkansas shows not only in her law practice, but also through her volunteer efforts. Jennifer has been involved in Best Buddies Arkansas, a non-profit organization that organizes student-led chapters in middle schools, high schools, and colleges and promotes inclusion and improves the quality of life and educational experience for intellectually and developmentally disabled students. Jennifer also serves as an active board member of the Little Rock Public Education Foundation Board.
Jennifer is an attorney at Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A., where her practice areas include education law, appellate advocacy, workers compensation, and social security disability.
Jennifer and her husband, Kevin, have a 3-year-old daughter and two dogs at home that keep them busy. Jennifer is a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.
