Don A. Eilbott has been representing clients throughout Arkansas for more than 40 years in cases of real estate and civil litigation.
Don was born and raised in Pine Bluff. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned his B.S.B.A and J.D. During college, he was an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honorary business society.
After graduation in 1974, he began a law practice that has taken him to trials in over 60 counties in Arkansas, ranging from capital murder to insurance litigation. He has built a respected firm successfully fighting cases for businesses and individuals.
Don and his wife, Mari, live in Little Rock and have two daughters: Lee Elizabeth Eilbott, of Memphis, a certified public accountant, and Jo Ann Moss, of Memphis, a graphic artist.
In his free time, he enjoys fishing and relaxing along the banks of the Little Red River with his wife and their dogs.
