Environmental law has provided the opportunity to help people from all over Arkansas who have been harmed by pollution. While McMath Woods is primarily a plaintiff’s firm, Sam Ledbetter has also represented companies in matters involving environmental regulation and litigation.
McMath Woods encourages public service, and thanks to the voters, Sam was given the chance to serve three terms in the Arkansas House of Representatives. After term limits ended his legislative career, Governor Beebe appointed him to the State Board of Education.
When not practicing law, Sam enjoys time outdoors either cycling, canoeing rivers, fishing, hunting, hiking or riding mules.
