Traci LaCerra
Trusts & Estates

Traci has been practicing law since 1997 and has litigated numerous trust cases. Her practice focuses on family and probate law, and she believes that her clients deserve to know the realistic expectations of their case. She has been recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys as a Top Ten Family Law Attorney. Being a divorce attorney naturally led to estate planning to further assist her clients following the conclusion of their case.

When Traci is not at work, she is either at a softball field or a basketball court cheering on her daughter. She, along with her husband and daughter, loves to travel.

Natalie J. Dickson
Family & Criminal Defense

Natalie is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association where she served as Chair of the Family Law Section and is the current secretary. She is also a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association and the William R. Overton American Inn of Court. Her primary focus is family law (divorce, custody, visitation, child support, guardianship and adoption) and criminal defense.

Natalie considers being a lawyer, particularly a trial lawyer, a privilege. Her clients trust her to guide them through some of the most difficult times of their lives. She prides herself on being prepared, being able to evaluate a case and advise the client accordingly.

Natalie, her law partners and her administrative assistants maintain a team mentality and positive atmosphere. When clients hire LDHR, they know that the entire team is behind them and their case.

Lauren White Hoover
Litigation

Lauren’s practice consists of a wide variety of litigation. Additionally, Lauren handles all types of domestic relations litigation including divorce, visitation, paternity, child support and child custody. She also focuses her practice on probate matters including guardianships, adoptions and estate and trust litigation.

She holds a B.A. in political science from Louisiana State University. After graduating from the UALR Bowen School of Law and being admitted to the bar in 2006, Lauren served as the law clerk in Pulaski County Circuit Court and as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the Sixth Judicial District. Lauren is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Pulaski County Bar Association. She serves on the Board for the Pulaski County Bar Foundation and is a graduate of the 2012 Arkansas Bar Association Leadership Academy. Lauren is a native daughter of North Little Rock and a graduate of Mount St. Mary Academy in Little Rock.

When she is not in the courtroom, she and her husband Joel have a beautiful blended family of five that keeps them active.

Marjorie E. Rogers
Criminal, Family, Creditor & Commercial Litigation

Marjorie has been practicing law in Arkansas since 2009, and her primary areas of practice are criminal defense, general civil litigation, family law, contracts and debt collection. She has trial experience in both state and federal courts, as well as appellate experience with the Arkansas Court of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Marjorie’s practice consists of handling drug and theft cases; litigating felony jury trials, suppression hearings and revocation hearings; and sentencing hearings in state and federal courts. Additionally, Marjorie is involved in handling domestic relations cases, custody and post-divorce matters; encouraging alternative dispute resolution; and trying emergency, temporary and final hearings. Marjorie also has extensive experience in creditor representations including a significant volume of routine to complex replevins, real estate foreclosures and the representation of lenders in matters such as collections and judgments. 

Marjorie serves on the Board of Directors for the Pulaski County Bar Association, is a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Super Lawyers has named her a “Rising Star.”
