Colleen Youngdahl descends from a line of distinguished union-side labor lawyers, and continues her family’s legacy by fighting for workers’ rights in Arkansas. She became a lawyer to empower those against whom the odds are stacked, and often finds a way to help clients who have limited financial resources. Colleen is most proud of her work with the “Fight for 15” campaign, advocating a living wage. People who work full time should not struggle to afford basic necessities for their families. She often uses her fluency in Spanish in her practice. In addition to labor law, Colleen also practices criminal defense.
